Design & Craftsmanship

The Carinthia is constructed from reforested Canadian Hemlock — a tight-grained, moisture-resistant softwood that holds its form through seasonal temperature swings. The exterior is finished with a water-resistant stain and topped with an accented roof line that adds architectural presence without demanding attention. A bronze privacy tempered glass door completes the entry — refined, durable, and built for outdoor permanence.
